Entry & First Impressions

  • Front door opens/closes smoothly, locks work
  • Doorbell functions (if applicable)
  • Entry area clean and free of scuffs
  • Light switch works, bulb not burnt out
  • No odors upon entry

Living Areas

  • Walls clean, no holes or damage
  • Paint touch-ups complete where needed
  • Flooring clean and undamaged
  • Windows clean inside and out
  • Window blinds/shades work properly
  • All outlets and switches work
  • Ceiling fan operates (if applicable)

Kitchen

  • Stove/oven clean and functional
  • All burners work
  • Refrigerator clean inside and out
  • Freezer defrosted and clean
  • Dishwasher runs full cycle (if applicable)
  • Garbage disposal works (if applicable)
  • Sink drains properly, no leaks
  • Faucet operates smoothly, no drips
  • Cabinets clean inside, doors close properly
  • Countertops clean and undamaged
  • Range hood/exhaust fan works

Bathrooms

  • Toilet flushes properly, no running
  • Toilet seat clean and secure
  • Tub/shower clean, no mold or mildew
  • Caulking intact around tub and shower
  • Sink drains properly
  • Faucets work, no leaks
  • Mirror clean and secure
  • Exhaust fan works
  • Towel bars secure

Bedrooms
